Likestilling

Jeg hadde med meg den eldste og første mp3-spilleren min ut en tur i dag, en eldgammel murstein av typen Creative Zen Touch 20 GB. Utrolig at den virker ennå...

På den var det masse gamle sanger jeg ikke har hørt på dritlenge. Jeg merker nå at jeg ikke kan fortsette å bruke Spotify stort mye lenger, jeg får jo ikke hørt på en brøkdel av musikksamlingen min, det blir bare de samme par hundre låtene om og om igjen. På mp3-spilleren jeg brukte i dag har jeg ca 5000 låter som går i random rekkefølge, og en av de jeg ble mest glad for å høre var Thulsa Doom - Both Human.

Det er ikke det norske Duplex-bandet Thulsa Doom det er snakk om, men amerikanske Thulsa Doom, et crust punk-band fra New York. Låta "Both Human" handler om likestilling, og jeg ser nesten på teksten som "de 10 bud" når det gjelder dette temaet. Vi har tydeligvis noe å lære av punkerne, hvis bare alle hadde hørt denne sangen er jeg sikker på at verden ville blitt et bedre sted. Så følg nøye med nå!
